The features of the machine

1.      Simple and easy to operate, high speed ,nimble application,accurate location,automatic feed,die cutting ,paper sheeting(rolling) and one-stop operation of finished products;

2.      Lean-back style design,incremental contact mode of printing machine and die cutting machine while beging driven mechanically,even and perfect pressing,and clear and flawless printing regardless of large-size bunder printing or character printing;

3.      CNC computer servo(specialized digital servo motor system and digital driving system imported from Japan)paper-pulling system,which may be easily operated and applied to secondary printing,trapping printing,front/back printing;

4.      Advanced ink distribution technology device with 7 ink distributing rollers,which makes printing ink to be evener and printing stock to be more perfect ,roller group chains which adopts non-lubricated chain made by Japan Tsubaki Lambda chain,prolong the lifespan of ink distributing roller and improve printing quality;

5.      The polishing roller could be extracted in full,easily operated and cleaned and meanwhile has high stability;

6.      Adjustable die-cutting seat which gets its position,paring line to be adjusted synchronistically,accelerates the speed to adjust the printing machine and has high stability;

7.      Advanced  automatic control system to ensure sutomatic shutdown when there is no more paper, or when the set number of paper sounting is reached.

8.      The built-in centralised oil supply system ensures high-speed  operation with low noise and no abrasion.
